Press the Enter button. The profile created last
for the selected user is displayed.

Now press the Start button to confirm the
displayed profile or
•
Press the Enter button to create a new profile.
The profile bar that can be set will blink.
•
Select the resistance (Level) 1 -- 16 using the
+/- buttons.
•
Press the Enter button to move to the next bar.
•
Continue setting using the +/- buttons.
•
At the last bar, the display switches back to the
first bar.
•
Now press the Start button (not Enter) for
confirmation. The program starts with the
preset values (for example, from the User
program) for time, distance and calories. If there
are no preset values, the program starts at zero.
•
Press the Stop button again if you want to
adjust the profile further.
STARTING TRAINING
A. Plug in the transformer, U = User will appear
on the display and blink.
Press the Enter button.
B. Select the desired user 1 -- 4 using the +/-
buttons.
C. Press the Enter button.
Manual/Program/User/Target Heart Rate/
Fitness/Watt appears at the top of the display.
Beneath this, the user appears in capital letters,
for example, U4, and to the left, SEX will
blink for selecting Male/Female.
D. Press the +/- buttons to select.
E. Press the Enter button.
AGE will blink.
F. Press the +/- buttons to set your age.
G. Press the Enter button.
H. H.t. (height) blinks.
I. Use the +/- buttons to set your height.
J. Press the Enter button.
W.t. (weight) blinks.
K. Use the +/- buttons to set your weight.
L. Press the Enter button.
Manual appears in the headline of the display.
M.Use the +/- buttons to select the program.
O. Press the Enter button and continue in
accordance with the selected program.

Press the Enter button.
The time will blink.
•
Set the time using the +/- buttons.
•
Set the other values in the same manner.
•
Press the Start button to begin training.
O4. Program
P01 (program 1) will blink.
•
Use the +/- buttons to select from programs
P01 -- P12.
•
Press the Enter button.
•
Use the +/-buttons to adjust the basis (Level).
•
Press the Enter button.
•
The time will blink.
•
Enter the other values as before if desired.
•
Press the Start button to begin training.
O5. HRC (pulse program, % ranges)
Start as before and continue as described in
item O.
The Age entry blinks.
•
Set your age using the +/- buttons.
•
Press the Enter button. Enter all values as
before.
•
Press the Enter button.
The % ranges / TAG will blink.
•
Set the desired % range or the desired heart
value (TAG) using the +/- buttons
•
The pulse rate that was calculated for your
personal data is also displayed in accordance
with the % range.
•
Press the Enter button.
The time will blink. Now enter the values
again.
•
Press the Enter button. Continue as before.
•
Press the Start button if you wish to begin
training or
