2 Safety Notes
This unit corresponds to all required directives of the
EU and is therefore marked with
WARNING
Leave connection to the 230 V mains
voltage to authorized personnel. Con-
tact with the mains volt age is danger-
ous to life!

Do not operate the unit and immediately disconnect
it from the mains socket
1. if there is visible damage to the unit or to mains
cable,
2. if a defect might have occurred after the unit was
dropped or suffered a similar accident,
3. if malfunctions occur.
In any case the unit must be repaired by author ized
personnel.

Do not use any strong detergents or chemicals for
cleaning.

will be accepted if the unit is used for other purposes
than originally intended, if it is not installed in the
correct way or if it is not repaired in an expert way.

tively, take it to a local recycling plant for a
disposal which is not harmful to the environ-
ment.
3 Applications
The regulated power supply unit PS-12WP has espe-
cially been designed for the power supply of video
monitoring cameras. It can also be used for other 12 V
units if their current consumption does not exceed
500 mA. Due to the weatherproof housing (IP 66), the
power supply unit is suitable for outdoor use.

4 Mounting

The unit can be fixed by means of the four mounting
holes (a). For spacing of the mounting holes use fig. 2.
straps (b) is more favourable, fix the straps to the
housing with the supplied screws [use mounting holes
(a)]. Fig. 3 shows the spacing of the mounting holes
for the mounting straps.
