Fault
The bristles of the
upholstery brush are
deformed or matted.
The brushes of the
upholstery brush no
longer rotate.
Possible causes and rectification
Fringes or fabrics were sucked in and pulled out again.
– Replace the suction nozzle.
The cordless vacuum cleaner is not switched on.
– Switch on the device.
The suction nozzle is not correctly inserted.
– Make sure to engage the suction nozzle properly.
Something was sucked in that is blocking the brushes.
– Switch off the cordless vacuum cleaner.
– Disconnect the electric upholstery brush from the cordless
vacuum cleaner.
– Remove the object that was sucked in.
– Connect the electric upholstery brush to the cordless vacuum
cleaner again.
If the fault cannot be rectified, please contact Vorwerk customer
service as described in the chapter

DISPOSAL

This symbol means that electrical and electronic appliances may

free.

(ElektroG) of 20 October 2015) to dispose of this device or its
electrical/electronic accessories via unsorted domestic waste.
