For the MP5 to successfully store the state of the player and the latest settings
changes, you have to switch it off with the ON/OFF switch.
Additionally using the "MediaLib Update" in the media library will erase the list of
the last 3 songs played.
7. What's the video format of my MP5 Energy™?
Your MP5 Energy™ plays many video formats without recoding, and AVI files
compressed with XVID (MP2 audio). Convert your videos using Energy Movier to
ensure compatibility.
8. Why can't I display my .jpg files?
Many digital cameras and image edition software add hidden data to the .jpg files.
This data can prevent your MP5 from loading the images. Try to eliminate them by
saving the file with another name.
9. Sometimes the screen turns black and the player does not respond.
Make sure that the TV OUT is not activated, since it deactivates the player screen.
In the user manual you can find the ways to active/deactivate the TV OUT function.
If you do not have access to a TV set right now, you can use the RESET to reinitiate
the player.
10. Why can't I tune any DVB-T channel?
Make sure the DVB-T signal is strong enough were you are. Indoor reception is
difficult if you are in a spot far from outdoors. Try changing your location and
extend the built-in antenna completely.
