Use only router bits with exact shank diameter,

eration at no-load the router can be used also
in the rest of regulator positions.
ROTATION SPEED ADJUSTMENT
Rotation speed adjustment can be varied
smoothly from A to G, through rotating the thum-
bwheel of the electronic regulator 14, placed on
the rear of the electric motor cover.
Models feature full-wave tachoconstant elec-
tronics for:
- Soft start and restriction of the starting cur-
rent;
- Speed pre-selection and control and maintain-
ing constant rpm upon overloading;
- Brief overload protection (upon jamming the
wheel). To resume operation release the ON/

protection switches the machine off to protect
the motor from inadmissible overheating). Upon
actuating the thermal protection the machine

ROUTING WITH SUCTION
Prior to replacing the router bit, make sure the
machine is unplugged.
Press spindle lock 16 until its dihedral groove
the spindle by hand until the dihedral gets into
the spindle lock groove.
In this position, using spanner S17, unwind
screw III and remove the router bit IV from spin-
dle 9.
Insert the new router bit into the collet and fas-
Release the spindle lock - it should return back
in its initial position.
Prior to resuming operation make sure the spin-
dle lock has returned to its initial position.

port to the desired levels.)
- The second and the third level of cutting depth
can be achieved by only rotating the disk of the
three-position support 6 and moving the support
spon-ding level of the support.
Check the sizes on the vertical ruler or by a ref-
erence part (test part).
USAGE OF THE PARALLEL GUIDE
The parallel guide 10 is used for cutting edges
distance. Adjusting the distance is accom-
plished by using horizontal ruler 7, after that
ROUTING AGAINST DRAWING
(DRAFT)
It is performed without parallel guide 10, against
the preliminary drawn on the workpiece draft.
Better results can be achieved if machining
smaller lengths.
