• Use this product in dry indoor areas only and never outdoors.
• Place the product on a flat, sturdy and slip-resistant surface.
• Never use, expose or put the product near to:
- direct sunlight and dust;
- fire (fireplace, grill, candles), water (water splashes, vases, ponds, bath tube) or
heavy moisture.
• This product is not intended for commercial use.
• It is designed for household use and similar applications only, such as for example:
- in employee cafeterias, in stores, offices and other working environments;
- by customers in hotels, motels and other residential facilities;
- in Bed and Breakfast establishments;
- in farm houses.
• Do not overfill the product. Boiling water may spurt out.
• Warning! Never open the lid while the water is boiling.
• Use the product only with the base provided.
• The product must not immersed in water for cleaning.
• Risk of burns! Avoid contact with hot surfaces and escaping steam. Hold the
product only by the handle.
• Always leave sufficient space around the product. Boiling water can cause serious
scalding.
• Do not move or transport the product while in operation or if it still contains hot
water. There is a risk of burns caused by spurting hot water.
• Operate the product only if it is filled with water. The boil-dry protection prevents
overheating if the kettle is empty.
• Close the lid when heating water. The temperature limiter only works when the cover
is closed.
• Clean the product and all other accessories after each use.
• Follow the instructions in the chapter Cleaning and care.
