2. BEFORE STARTING THE INSTALLATION
a – Check all pieces work properly together.
b – Choose a code following the instructions "modifications of the entry code".
c – Press the push-button "C" and enter the code, the handle should easily turn for the opening and the closure of the
bolt. From inside, the bolt should go in and out freely with the internal button.
d – Only from outside, the code is necessary to turn the button.
MODIFICATIONS OF THE ENTRY CODE :
You can use part of or all the push-buttons to code the opening through the handle.
No order in the numbering is requested.
At the back of the keyboard (fig. 2) we can see the elements extending the push-buttons of the keyboard.
"Dot" outwards = inactive push-button (fig. 2a)
"Dot" inwards = active push-button (fig. 2b)
In order a push-button is activated with the code, press and turn its element so that the dot is turned inwards (towards
F), if you wish to deactivate a push-button, turn the element outwards (towards G).
Check the code works properly before fixing the assembly or closing the door.
ALWAYS PRESS THE KEY "C" BEFORE ENTERING THE CODE
3. CHECK THE OPENING DIRECTION OF YOUR DOOR
Use the diagram below and note the right and left terms refer to the position of the hinges by being outside whether the
door opens inward or outward.
Use the surface-mounted strike for doors which open inward.

Outside
Use the flush-mounted strike for doors which open outward.
