Ice cream maker Use instructions
HOW TO PREPARE AN ICE-CREAM:
To prepare a deicious ice-cream is necessary to use the ingredients you can find below:
300 ml of milk
100 ml of fresh cream
120 of sugar
*The ingredients dose are approssimative and can change according to the type of ice-cream and
to the texture that you want to obtain

SOME ADVICES:
When you prepare ice-cream at home the ingredients are 3:milk, cream and sugar. To those in-
gredients you can add some more onces to create the tastes you want (fresh fruit, vanilla pods,
chocolate..)
MILK
Milk is the most important ingredient. Its aim is to bring water, a small part of fat and proteins. The
best milk is the whole one. If you use skimmed milk, you can obtain a too much liquid ice-cream or
if you use a long-life one, an ice-cream with a bad taste.
