Transmitter Belt
Remove the battery cover from the bottom
of the belt using a small coin. Insert the 3V
battery in the transmitter with the positive
(+) pole facing up, as shown in the figure.
Replace the cover.
6. Wearing the Transmitter
Belt
Adjust the elastic belt so that it fits tightly around your chest just below the pectoral
muscles. Moisten the transmitter's conductive pads with saliva or ECG gel
(available at your local chemist's) in order to ensure a good contact with the skin at
all times.
7. How to Use the Computer Watch
The computer can be worn like a watch on your wrist or it can be fixed on the
handlebar of your bike with the optional mounting system.
Keep the computer and the transmitter within a max. operating distance of 60cm.

8. Operating the Buttons

"A"-BUTTON (top right button) - MODE

Used to select one of two modes: CLOCK or PULSE.

9. How to Install an Exercise Zone
Hold button A to activate the PULSE mode. Hold buttons B & C until all segments
are ON.
