Manual operation:
Each time the trigger lever (item 02) is
pulled, a shot of grease is dispensed.
Automatic operation:
Pulling the trigger lever (item 02) dispenses
grease automatically in shots until the trig-
ger lever is released or the grease chamber
is full.
After use:
1. Disconnect the quick-action coupling
from
the
plug
(Figure 1b).
2.5 Maintenance
Regular lubrication is required!
Oil using a maintenance unit
with filter pressure reducer and mist oiler.
Without mist oiler: oil daily by hand via the
plug nipple (item 01).
In the event of longer interruptions in op-
eration,
also
lubricate
nipple (item 01).
2.8 Troubleshooting
Problem
A No function is
apparent after
pulling the trigger
lever (item 02)
B Grease gun dis-
penses too little
grease or none at
all
*For troubleshooting: refer to the information in the "Technical data" chapter in part 1 of the instruction manual!

Cause
Trigger lever (item 02) / trig-
ger valve defective
No connection to compressed
air
No grease in grease reservoir
(item 05).
Grease gun not vented
Grease gun not vented after
the cartridge is changed
Cartridge inserted incorrectly
Grease piston is damaged
Sealing (item 10) in front
housing defective (fig. 2a)
Grease too hard
Unsuitable material for the
device used
Hose diameter too small
Compressor output too small
Working pressure (flow pres-
sure) too low
2.6 Decommissioning
Storage: Clean, dry, free from dust, above
5° C.
Disposal: Dispose of packaging / machine
according to valid statutory regulations.
2.7 Warranty
Basic principle: complete unit in original
condition / proof of purchase.
Material and production defects are covered
by statutory provisions.
Excluded warranty claims: Wear or ex-
pendable parts, improper use, overloading /
incorrect pressure, manipulation / inappro-
priate use, inadequate / incorrect / lack of
maintenance or lubrication, bumps / im-
pacts, dust / dirt accumulation, unauthorised
/ incorrect working procedures, incorrect
power supply, impure / insufficiently filtered
compressed air, failure to read the instruc-
tion manual, incorrect operating resources /
materials.
Remedy
Replace trigger lever (item 02) / trigger
valve
Connect to compressed air
Add grease
Actuate the venting valves (item 03)
Actuate the venting valves (item 03)
Reinsert cartridge
Replace the grease reservoir (item 05)
Replace the sealing (item 10)
Heat up grease slightly
Use suitable material for the device
Use correct hose diameter
Use suitable output capacity
Increase working pressure (flow pressure)
Observe maximum working pressure
