Operating Your Beverage Cooler
IMPORTANT:
Do not plug in the Beverage
Cooler for 24 hours after unit is set in place.
Failure to do so may result in the unit working
improperly.
Two-Compartment
Design
The FBC36OD
Beverage
Cooler
has two separate
compartments.
Each compartment
has its own door
and separate
control
panel.
The right-hand
compartment
has 3
adjustable
chrome-plated
flat wire shelves
and a wire basket to hold cans and bottles of
beverages
such as beer, water
and soft drinks.
The
lefthand
compartment
of the
FBC36OD
comes equipped
with 5 horizontal
wire racks and an inclined rack that can hold
a total of 18 standard
wine bottles.
This design
enables
you to operate
one or both
compartments
and also allows you to set a different
temperature
for each compartment.
Each control panel displays the current temperature
inside that compartment
and allows
you to turn the interior
lights on and off independently
of each other.
The operating
instructions
below apply to both compartments
and must be implemented
separately.
OPERATING
INSTRUCTIONS
Turning On the Unit
The Beverage
Cooler turns on automatically
when it is plugged in.
If you want to use the Automatic
Temperature
(default)
setting,
do nothing further.
The
FBC36OD
will automatically
set the temperature
in the wine compartment
at 55°F (13°C)
and in the beverage compartment
at 41°F (5°C). If you want to set other temperatures,
see
below.
Temperature
Settings
While wines store best at temperatures
around 56-58°F,
the FBC360D
outdoor
unit also
allows you to store wine at drinking temperatures.
Generally, RED WINE should be kept at
60-61°t= and WHITE WINE, which is usually served chilled, is best kept at 54-55°t=.
For
beer and soft drinks, choose
the temperature
setting
that is most agreeable
to you and
your guests.
