Introduction:
The temperature controllable soldering iron is suitable for a wide range of
soldering applications. The adjustable temperature range provides a solution
to many different soldering tasks.
Operation:
1). Set the temperature control to the desired temperature
2). Plug the power plug into a wall socket (220~240VAC)
3). The soldering iron will automatically heat up in ±180 seconds
How to solder:
1). Wipe off any dirt, rust or paint from the part you wish to solder
2). Heat the part with the tip of the soldering iron and add a little bit of resin-
based tin (recommended) soldering
3). Wait for the soldering tin to cool down before moving the part
Replace soldering tip:
1). Remove the plug from the wall socket and let the soldering iron cool
down before changing the tip
2). Remove the two screws at the soldering tip
3). Replace the soldering tip with a new soldering tip (HQ-SOLDER01T1)
4). Place the two screws back on the soldering tip and tighten them
