2.3. Personal safety
a)
Do not use the device when tired, ill or under the
influence of alcohol, narcotics or medication which
can significantly impair the ability to operate the
device.
b)
The machine is not designed to be handled by
persons (including children) with limited mental
and sensory functions or persons lacking relevant
experience and/ or knowledge unless they are
supervised by a person responsible for their safety
or they have received instructions on how to operate
the machine.
c)
To prevent the device from accidentally switching on,
make sure the switch is on the OFF position before
connecting to a power source.
2.4. Safe device use
a)
Do not overload the device. Exceeding the maximum
permissible user weight can damage the product.
b)
Do not use the device if the ON/OFF switch does not
function properly (does not switch the device on and
off). Devices which cannot be switched on and off
using the ON/OFF switch are hazardous, should not
be operated and have to be repaired.
c)
When not in use, store in a safe place, away from
children and people not familiar with the device, who
have not read the user manual. The device may pose
a hazard in the hands of inexperienced users.
d)
Maintain the device in a good technical state. Before
each use check for general damage and especially
check for cracked parts or elements and for any other
conditions which may impact the safe operation of
the device. If damage is discovered, hand over the
device for repair before use.
e)
Keep the device out of the reach of children.
f)
Device repair or maintenance should be carried out
by qualified persons, only using original spare parts.
This will ensure safe use.
g)
To ensure the operational integrity of the device, do
not remove factory fitted guards and do not loosen
any screws.
h)
When transporting and handling the device between
the warehouse and the destination, take into account
the occupational health and safety principles for
manual transport operations which apply in the
country where the device will be used.
i)
It is forbidden to move, adjusting and rotating the
device in the course of work.
j)
The device is not designed for store objects on it.
ATTENTION! Despite the safe design of the device
and its protection facilities and despite the use of
additional elements protecting the operator, there
is still a slight risk of an accident or injury when
using the device. When using the device stay alert
and use common sense.
3. Use guidelines
The beauty bed is a device used to perform cosmetic
services, having an electric adjustment of the position of
the backrest, seat and footrest. The product is outside the
scope of MDD 93 / 42 / EEC regulations for medical devices.
The user is liable for any damage resulting from
nonintended use of the device.

3.2. Preparing for use
Appliance location
Put the device on a stable, dry and flat surface, taking care
to keep a minimum space of 0,8 m around the device.
Before installation, the device must be placed close to the
power supply source.
Installing the appliance
In order to mount the armrests, it is necessary to start with
the left element:

Turn the pins of armrest upwards.

Turn the backrest upward so that the pin bolt head
will be at the top.

Insert the armrest in the hole in the body so that the
locking peg will be slid into the gap in the head of
the pin. Turn the element to the horizontal position.

The products are equipped with a disassembled headrest,
after dismantling there remains an opening that facilitates
breathing in the course of lying on the stomach. The
headrest is mounted by pressing it into the opening.

In order to adjust the length of the headrest (or footrest) it
is necessary to move the element outside. The maximum
distance of the headrest from the body is 14cm.

3.3. Device use
Handling
The device should be connected to a power supply
compatible with the data given on the nameplate.
The height and arrangement of the device is controlled by
a remote control or a foot pedal. In order to start a given
function, it is necessary to press and hold the button on the
remote control or the pedal. Releasing the button or pedal
will cause stop of the device in the set position.
