Connect the coding plugs as follows:
Connect coding plug MFM 53X to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST7, PIN 1-2, PIN 3-4, Fig. 3, Pos. 5a.
Connect plug N1Q_ST11A to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST11, PIN 1-2, Fig. 3, Pos. 5b.
Connect coding plug 40X to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST14, PIN 1-4, Fig. 3, Pos. 5c.
Connect coding plug MFM 1-5 to module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) EZL 235 - Plug connector ST3, PIN 1-5, Fig. 3, Pos. 5d.
Register module 1 (liquid dispensing 1 - 6) as follows:

Note
If the dispensing display is activated, the operator can activate and deactivate dispensing. If the dispensing display is not activated,
dispensing activation and deactivation is controlled by the programme in operation only.
To quit the service mode, switch off the machine.
Dispenser pump connection and calibration:
Break out the pre-punched area in the machine rear panel.
Fit the cable throughfeed on the rear panel, Fig. 4.
Connect the dispenser pumps in accordance with the wiring diagram.
If the pump capacity (flow rate) is known, enter the figure directly in the supervisor level as follows (e.g. dispenser pump 1).

If the pump capacity (flow rate) is unknown, calibrate the dispenser pump in the supervisor level as follows (e.g. dispenser pump 1).

Place the dispenser pump suction tube in a container with a level mark.
Fill the container to the level mark.
Press button 0/1 (dispenser pump operates for 60 s).
Use a measuring vessel to refill the container to the level mark.
Note the dispensed quantity via the measuring vessel and enter this figure in the display (V:.....ml).
Activate the disk symbol to save the setting.
Register the empty signal as follows (e.g. dispenser pump 1).

Check dispensing in the programmes and carry out adjustments if necessary.
Carry out a functional check.
To quit the service mode, switch off the machine.
Carry out final work:
Check the machine for leaks.
Refit the liquid dispensing cover plate on the rear of the machine.
Refit the machine lid.
Carry out appropriate safety checks.
Reconnect the machine to the electrical supply and, if appropriate, the gas supply. Switch the utilities on.
