Problem
Remote control
The remote control
does not work.
The remote control
is not responding
reliably.
Rearwash/Ladywash
Switching between
the Rearwash and
Ladywash takes too
long.
Potential cause
The batteries are flat.
The battery connections
are reversed.
The batteries are almost
flat.
The side of the remote
control where the signal is
sent or received is obst-
ructed with dust or other
objects.
The remote control is too
far away from the unit.
When switching between
Rearwash and Ladywash,
the spray wand moves
back and then forward
again after self-cleaning is
complete.
Solution
> Change the batteries.
> Insert the batteries the
correct way round.
> Change the batteries.
> Remove the dust or objects.
> Use the remote control closer
to the unit.
This is normal.
