Operation
Step 1. To obtain the maximum precision, please put the appliance on a steady firm
surface. Do not place it on carpets or soft surfaces.
Paso 2. Step carefully on the appliance and stay in a firm position, with dry bare feet and
placed in balanced position to stabilize your weight.
Recommendations
Please make sure good contact between bare feet and the metal electrodes, otherwise
it will display your weight only.
Place the appliance on a steady firm surface to get more accurate measurements.
It is recommended to measure your weight using always the same appliance, placed on
the same surface. Unbalanced surfaces may affect the accuracy of the measurements.
To obtain more accurate measurements, weight yourself without clothes or shoes and
always at the same hour, preferably at first hour in the morning.
