ASSEMBLING THE KNEADING BLADE
1.- With the lid removed, place the work bowl vertically on a table
2.- Pick up the kneading blade and insert it through the hole making sure the silicon seal makes
contact with the stainless steel surface (figure 1-2).
3.- Secure the accessory by turning the locking lever clockwise (figure 3).
4.- To remove the accessory, follow the same procedure in reverse.
NOTE:
You should not use speeds higher than level 3 with the kneading blade installed. .
NOTE:
Because of the tight space between the accessory and the base of the work bowl,
small pieces of food can get stuck and cause the motor to stop running. Use the
spatula to stir the food.

INSTALLING THE SCALE
1.- Clean the base where you are going to install the scale so that the surface is completely flat.
2.- Insert the batteries.
3.- Insert the scale so that it fits into its hole (figure 2).
4.- The scale operates totally independently of the machine.
The weight measurements can only be seen on the scale display.
