5 | Storage
When not in use, store your backpack indoors for protection against the weather and moisture.
Humidity should not exceed 80%. Use a suitable waterproofer to give your backpack extra protection.
6 | How to use
Pack heavy items at the bottom and light ones at the top. Pack soft items next to your back. Hard or
angular items should be padded to prevent them pressing against your back or, in the worst scenario,
causing injury. Close your backpack carefully and secure all the outer zippers.
To put on the backpack, first loosen the shoulder straps and open the hip belt/chest strap. Then rest
the backpack on your knee, if necessary, and put your arms into the shoulder straps.
Adjust the length of the shoulder straps
so that the backpack is positioned
comfortably on your back.
Fig. 2 – Right
Do up the hip belt – it should be at the
level of your hip bones. Adjust the hip
belt to suit your hip size.
