4.3 | Marking out

Mark out the screw holes with the required spacing on the wall using the base plate of the coat/
helmet rack as a template. Use a spirit level to ensure that the upper holes you have marked are
exactly horizontal. Then drill the holes with an 8 mm masonry drill bit. Insert the wall plugs provided
and screw the base plate of the coat/helmet rack to the wall with the three 5 x 50 mm countersunk
head screws.
IMPORTANT!
Risk of damage!
Do not overload the coat/helmet rack – Always bear in mind the strength of the
surface on which it is installed.

5 | Storage

If you are not installing the Louis Biker Coat/Helmet Rack immediately, you should leave it in its
original packaging and store it in a dry place.

6 | Cleaning and care

If you install the Louis Biker Coat/Helmet Rack in a place with high humidity, it is best to protect it
against corrosion by applying a wax care product. Remove any dirt with a damp cloth.

7 | Warranty

This product comes with the statutory two-year warranty. The warranty period begins on the date of
purchase. It does not cover normal wear and tear, use for anything other than the intended purpose,
or damage caused by an accident, manipulation or attempted repairs by unauthorised persons.

8 | Disposal

Dispose of packaging material and the product itself according to applicable
local regulations.
