Clean with a soft sponge and a little gentle detergent. Avoid entry of
water inside the device.
Pirex glass lid:
Clean the lid using a soft sponge and gentle detergents. Avoid abrupt
temperature changes of the lid (from hot to cold). Do not place the lid
under cold running water while it is hot. Do not use clothes impregnated
with chemicals strong detergents.
Temperature regulator thermostat:
Clean the thermostat with soft paper towels. Do not clean the thermostat
socket with damp cloths or paper. It must be kept dry at all times.
When the device has been cleaned, dry it thoroughly with a kitchen towel.
Finally, grease the non-stick surface of the frying pan with a little oil
or butter.
