Operation
Take the appliance and accessories out the box. Remove the stickers, protective foil or plastic from

the device.
Clean before use the appliance with a damp cloth.

Check if the voltage of the appliance corresponds to the main voltage of your home.

Place the device on a flat stable surface and ensure a minimum of 10 cm. free space around the

device.
Make sure you place a heat resistance coating under the appliance in order to prevent traces due to

heat and grease stains on your table.
It is advisable to fill the grease tray with water to avoid the smoke that may be given off as drops of fat

fall from the food. Make sure the water level remains below the element. During the use the water will
evaporate and should be refilled.
Insert the heating element between the grill and the two rods placed under the grill by sliding it till the

end. ATTENTION: Doing this operation, the security rod must be fitted in the slot placed in the bottom
side of the handle. If not, the heating element doesn't work.
Plug in the appliance to the mains. The indicator will light on. Wait a few seconds for the electrical

element to heat. Then put the food on the grill.
NOTE: the heating element is equipped with a safety switch, if the element is not placed in the correct
position the element will not function.
NOTE: During first use there can free some smells that disappears after some time. Residues left over from
the manufacturing process are being burned on the grill plate.
