Recommendations
This electric barbecue lets you cook a wide variety of food quickly, cleanly and healthily.

Meat: Oil lightly before cooking and add salt after the food has cooked. Cooking time depends on personal
taste.

Fish: After cleaning and seasoning, leave to stand for two hours, Oil before cooking. The fish must be ready in 3-5
minutes with the resistance in the higher position.

Kebabs: Turn every two minutes.

Fruit: Soften in liqueur and sugar, the liqueur being used as an accompaniment. Turn continuously.

Vegetables: From 5 - 7 minutes on each side.

Sausages, bacon etc: Turn every 2 minutes.
Maintenance and Cleaning
• This appliance requires little maintenance. It contains no user serviceable parts. Do not try to fix it yourself. Refer it
to a qualified appliance repair technician if servicing is needed.
• Always unplug the device and let it cool down completely before cleaning.
• Remove the heating element and use a dampened cloth to clean it.
• Never immerse the heating element, the handle and the cable cord in water, the device and the various parts
are not dishwasher-proof.
• Remove and empty the fat collecting tray after each use and wash the grill and the tray in warm, soapy water.
• Never use abrasive cleaners, metal brushes or paint thinner to clean the base, otherwise the barbecue will be
damaged.
