• Fill the measuring cup with water. The scale shows how much water it needs to cook a certain quantity of
eggs at a cooking level soft, medium or hard. For example, if you want to cook 5 eggs at hard level, fill
measuring cup with cool water up to 5 mark in HARD scale. Then pour the water in
hot plate.
• Place egg tray on hot plate matching the grooves.
• Carefully, punch eggs with needle of measuring cup. Do not do it very strong
because you can break the egg. Attention: the needle is very sharp.
• Place each egg in the holes of egg tray, respectively.
• Place the lid on egg tray.
• Plug the appliance to the mains and press the switch 0/I to turn on. The switch will light. Do not remove
the lid during the cooking process, otherwise the needed steam for cooking the eggs would go out and
could burn you. ATTENTION: the lid has a hole on the top, during cooking hot steam goes out throw it,
take care.
• Cooking time depends on the amount of water. When the eggs are ready will sound a continuous signal
tone. Press the switch to position 0 to stop the appliance. Only then the signal tone will stop. Unplug the
appliance from mains.
• Open the lid slowly and carefully not to burn with the remaining hot steam. Remove egg tray by its
handle. Refresh the eggs with cold water. Then you can take, peel and serve the eggs.
Note on measuring cup
There are three scales in measuring cup indicating the water amount needed for cooking a certain amount
of eggs to the desired degree of hardness. The scales are:
Scale 1: soft – cooking time up to 5 mins.

Scale 2: medium – cooking time up to 8 mins.

Scale 3: Hard – cooking time up to 12 mins.

Warning: Please, make sure the water is enough for cooking eggs. The unit cannot be working without
water.
CLEANING AND CARE
- Please observe the safety advices.
- Never us abrasive detergents or sharp utensils.
- Before cleaning, disconnect the plug and let the device cool down completely.
- Remove the lid and then the egg tray from motor base. Clean both parts together with the measuring
cup with water.
- Make sure none of the electric parts of the device will be in contact with water during the cleaning
process.
- Store the device in its original packaging or at a dry, clean place.
