The headset doesn't work

Check if the DVD program you use on your PC supports surround sound and
change the sound settings in the program.
Check the sound settings in your game to see if surround sound is supported
and change the sound settings in the game accordingly.
Change the audio playback setting to "Dolby Surround 5.1" in the audio
setup on your DVD player.
