Technical description

Krampouz topping warmer keeps toppings warm for easier courses coating.
The electric Topping warmer is easy and comfortable to use thanks to its thermostat adjustable to temperatures
(control button) up to 90°C. 1 L bottle(s) with a 3 spouts lead are delivered with the electric Topping warmer.

Installation
Work surface
Choose an easy-to-clean work surface on which to install the appliance. The appliance must be at least 20 cm from
any vertical surfaces that are not heat-resistant. To ensure maximum ease of use, the appliance should be between 85
and 95 cm from the ground.
Electrical connection
The appliance must be connected to the single phase 240 V network using a 16 A two-pin plug with earth pin. They
are delivered with a power cable, type HO7RNF 3 conductors (phase + neutral + earth), cross-section 1.5 mm².
Using
This appliance is not an electric bain marie. Do not use it with water. The appliance will not be guaranteed if there are
damages due to water using.
Never put the food straight from the pot. A Krampouz bottle should be used (code : ABM1 and ABM2). The special
bottle for thick toppings (ABM1) must not be heated to more than 60 °C.
