3. Commissioning
The cartridge gun PowerLine II is supplied ready to use. Before use, remove the protective cap from the cartridge cylin-
der. The following checks should be made regarding the functionality.
At the start of use, check that the working cylinder and the cartridge cylinder are firmly screwed together.
Connect the compressed air and check the operation of the pressure regulator. To do this, pull on the blue cap
of the regulator. Now the internal operating pressure can be set by rotating the cap. This is displayed on the
manometer in the handle. After the setting is completed, lock the regulator again by pressing the cap.
Check the operation of the trigger valve with the compressed air connected.
4. Operation
Cartridge insertion and exchange
Unscrew the retainer nut from the cartridge cylinder and insert the cartridge prepared as
instructed by the manufacturer. If required, the piston rod of the gun must be pulled
back; the cartridge must be inserted to make contact with the tooth lock washer on the
back.
Use only undamaged cartridges.
Now screw the retainer nut on to the cartridge cylinder. After meeting the seal, increased
force is required for screwing. Continue to turn the retainer nut until the cartridge inside
is correctly clamped.
Only operate the gun with the retainer nut fully screwed on.
Ensure that the cartridge is located centrally in the cylinder.

Setting the working pressure

Connect the compressed air and set the specific working pressure required for the car-
tridge as described above. When doing this, please note:
- Low-viscosity materials
low working pressure required
Turn the regulator knob in the – direction
- High-viscosity material, 2-component cartridges with mixer
Turn the regulator knob in the + direction
To ensure continuous dispensing, the working pressure should be correctly set before starting the dispensing.
