Warranty

Products are covered by warranty for two years as provided for by law.
MultiSound operates under article 1519-bis and any subsequent arti-
cles of Italian Legislative Decree 24 dated 2 February 2002. In any case,
all guarantees offered directly by the manufacturer remain valid. The
warranty only covers the product for factory defects and excludes any
damages caused by accident, negligence or improper device use.

Message to the user

BS-15 is not perfect. If you notice half a dozen birds, we recommend
comparing that with the hundreds you would encounter if you did not
use the repeller.
Remember that the BS-15 system is a bird control system.
Effective results depend on the knowledge of the local environment
and the attention that you will dedicate to the system. You need to
change the sounds and move the elements every now and then to
prevent the birds from getting used to it.
If there are few alternative sources of food in the area, there will be more
pressure from the birds in a single area. In some situations of extreme
drought or other adverse conditions, the pressure on birds can be so
great that their survival instinct may override their fear of the sounds
emitted by the repeller. In such extreme cases, it is recommended to
combine the action of the BS-15 with human intervention.
