8 Installation
• Prior to commissioning: carry out a visual
inspection.
• Install a stop cock upstream of the device.
• Screw the pressure gauge into the con-
necting thread.
• Install the device as close to the consumer
as possible.
• Seal off unused compressed air outlets
with locking screws or quick-action cou-
plings G1/2"a.

10.1 Before each maintenance
task
1. Push seals into the compressed air outlet
on the microfilter and compressed air in-
let on the air tapping block (Fig. 2a).
2. Push the microfilter and air tapping block
together (Fig. 2a).
3. Slide the wall bracket or mounting set
between them (Fig. 2b).
4. Fold up the bracket and secure (Fig. 2b).
Assembling the activated charcoal filter
L Attaching the activated charcoal filter to
the two-fold filter unit: replace the wall
bracket between the microfilter and air
tapping block with the mounting set.
1. Push seals into the compressed air outlet
on the air tapping block and compressed
air inlet on the activated charcoal filter
(Fig. 3a).
2. Push the activated charcoal filter and air
tapping block together (Fig. 3a).
3. Slide the wall bracket between them
(Fig. 3b).
4. Lift up the bracket on the mounting set
and secure (Fig. 3b).
9 Operation
Adjusting the working pressure
1. Pull up the adjustment button. (Fig. 4,
pos. 10)
2. Rotate clockwise = pressure increases.
Rotate anticlockwise = pressure de-
creases.
3. Press the adjustment button down to
lock it in place.
