CLEANING

Please confirm all parts are present before disposing of the packaging. Safely dispose of all plastic bags and
other packaging
materials; they may be potentially dangerous to children.
INSTALLATION
Unpack all parts and remove protective material.
Do not connect the unit to the mains before checking the mains voltage and before all other connections
have been made.
Do not cover any vents and make sure that there is a space of several centimeters around the unit for
ventilation.
AC MAIN OPERATION
Connect the power cord to the AC Power connector on the rear of the unit, then connect the other end to
AC household mains outlet. Make sure the voltage is compatible.
BATTERY OPERATION
Remove the battery compartment cover.
Insert 4 "D" type Batteries in correct polarity as indicated. Alkaline batteries are recommended. (Batteries
are not supplied.)
Replace the compartment cover properly
The unit is AC/DC switch able automatically.
NOTE:
CHECK YOUR BATTERIES REGULARLY. OLD OR DISCHARGED BATTERIES SHOULD BE REPLACED.
IF THE UNIT IS NOT USED FOR SOME TIME OR IS RUNNING EXCLUSIVELY ON AC POWER. TAKE AWAY THE
BATTERIES TO AVOID LEAKAGE AND DAMAGE.
