IR sensors
Roboscooper.has.IR.sensors.to.help.him.detect.and.
avoid.objects.in.front.of.him.between.approximately.
8.to.12-inches.(20-30.cm).when.he.drives.around.
in.Clean Sweep mode (refer.to.Clean Sweep mode.
on.page.8)..You.can.toggle.these.sensors.on.or.off..
When.you.turn.on.his.IR.sensors,.his.eyes.will.light.

Volume control
Roboscooper.has.four.volume.levels:.high,.normal,.low.and.mute..Default.setting.is.high.volume...
To.raise.his.volume,.press.his.left index finger..To.lower.his.volume,.press.his.right index finger..
Bumper obstacle detection
Both.of.Roboscooper's.index.fingers.act.as.bumpers.to.detect.obstacles..If.he.hits.an.object.while.driving,.
Roboscooper.will.stop.driving.and.wait.for.your.command.
Controlling roboscooper
Roboscooper.has.six.wheels,.two.arms.for.picking.things.up.or.whacking.objects.and.a.cargo.bed.on.his.back.
for.storing.and.carrying.objects.he.picks.up..
NOTE:.You.can.stop.Roboscooper.in.any.movement.or.function.by.pressing.the.Stop.button.

Location

You.can.operate.Roboscooper.indoors.but.not.outdoors..
Driving control
Roboscooper.talks.and.makes.comments.as.he.drives.around.in.Talk mode!.
To.control.his.movements,.use.the.forward.or.backward.directional.buttons.
on.the.remote.controller..For.example,.press.the.forward.directional.button.
to.move.Roboscooper.forward.
You.can.also.make.him.steer.towards.the.left.or.right.when.moving.
forwards.or.backwards.by.pressing.the.two.directional.buttons.
simultaneously.in.which.direction.you.want.to.move.him.
NOTE:.When.you.drive.him.around.in.Pick-up mode,.he.will.not.be.able.to.
detect.or.avoid.obstacles.even.if.the.IR.sensor.is.enabled.
Graduated driving speed
When.you.press.and.hold.down.any.of.the.directional.buttons,.Roboscooper.will.
first.drive.at.his.normal.speed.and.then.speed.up.incrementally.while.you.hold.the.
button.down,.until.he.reaches.his.maximum.speed..To.make.him.stop.driving,.release.the.button(s).
