(F) 017041 Description du montage:
1.
Séparer les différents éléments d'attelage. Enlever le mastic de protection autour des points de
fixation.
Démonter le pare-chocs. Dans le cas des voitures de l'année 2000, démonter les feus d'arri è re et la

pièce intercalaire du pare-chocs.
3.
Démonter les consoles de renforcement du pare-chocs (on n'aura pas besoin de celui-ci par la suite).
Démonter la roue de secours.
4.
Glisser le corps du crochet de remorquage (1) dans les prolongements du chassis, et ne fixer ceux-ci
que lâchement aux points "a".
Marquer les points "b" sur la plaque de dos de la voiture (faites attention à l'exactitude) et après

démonter le corps du crochet de remorquage.
Forer des trou à travèrs des points "b" marqués sur la plaque de dos completement avec un embout
6.
de diamètre de 11 mm, et après, seulement du côté intérieur, élargir ces forures avec un embout de
diamètre de 18 mm.
7.
Découper le pare-chocs et la pièce intercalaire du pare-chocs selon le patron ci-inclus (Faites
attention à l'année de la voiture!).
8.
Placer le corps du crochet de remorquage (1) dans la pièce intercalaire du pare-choc, et après fixer
celui-ci aux points "c" et "d", avec les éléments d'attache ci-inclus (jusqu'en 2000, voir le dessin A,
après 2000, voir le dessin B)
9.
Glisser le corps du crochet de remorquage (1) dans les prolongements du chassis et fixer-le aux
points "a" et "b" avec les éléments d'attache ci-inclus, selon le dessin.
10. Désassembler le faisceau d'arrière de câbles et après raccorder le câble éléctrique, selon les
prescriptions.
11. Remonter la roue de secours, et après le pare-chocs et les feus d'arrière.
12. Il est conseillé de vérifier le serrage de toute la boulonnerie après 1000 Km de traction.
13. Bosal décline toute responsabilité concernant des défauts éventuels de cet attelage qui seraient
causés par une mauvaise utilisation. Seul l'utilisateur est responsable.
14. Le crochet de remorquage ne peut être monté que par un garage spécialisé.

1.
Pura vetokoukku pakka us ja tarkista listasta, että kaikki asennuksessa tarvittavat osat löytyvät.
Jos tarpeellista poista alustansuojaus kiinnityskohdista.
2.
Pura vetokoukku. Vuosikerrasta 2000 eteenpäin pura myös perävalot, puskuri ja puskurin
muovi.
3.
Pura puskurinpidokkeet (näitä ei tästedes tarvita). Pura varapyörä.
4.
Liu'uta vetokoukku (1) aluskehyksen kielekkeisiin, ja kiinnitä se lyösästi pisteisiin „a".
5.
Tee pisteiden „b" merkit auton takaseinään (muista tarkkuus), ja pura vetokoukku.
Pora takaseinä merkatuista pisteistä „b" kokonaan käyttämällä ∅11 mm-poraa, ja laajenna
6.
reikää vain sisäpuolelta ∅18 mm:n kokoiseksi.
7.
Leikkaa puskuri oheisten leikkauskaavojen mukaan. (Ota huomioon auton vuosikerta!)
8.
Aseta vetokoukku (1) puskurin muoviin, ja kiinnitä se siihen sideosilla pisteisiin „c" ja „d".

9.
Liu'uta vetokoukku (1) aluskehyksen kielekkeisiin, ja kiinnitä se sideosilla pisteisiin „a" sekä
pisteisiin „b", kuvan mukaisesti.
10. Tee tarvittavat sähköliitokset purkamalla takajohdostoa määräysten mukaisesti.
11. Aseta varapyörä ja puskuri sekä perävalot paikalleen.
12. Tuhannen kilometrin jälkeen kiristys tarkistettava.
13. Bosalia ei voida pitää vastuullisena aine- tai henkilövahingoista, jotka johtuvat väärästä
asennuksesta tai väärästä käytöstä (artikla 185 kohta 2 NBW).
14. Vetokoukun saa asentaa vain ammattihuoltopaja.
(GB) 017041 Fitting instructions:
1.
Unpack the towing bracket and check its contents against the parts list. If necessary, remove the
underseal from around the fitting points of the luggage compartment / frame members.
2.
Remove the bumper. In case of vehicles made after 2000 remove the rear lights and the bumper
inset.
3.
Remove the bumper brackets (these will not be reinstalled later). Remove the spare wheel.
4.
Slide the drag hook body (1) into the chassis extensions then loosely fix it at positions „a".
5.
Mark the positions „b" on the rear wall of the vehicle (pay attention to the accuracy), then remove
the drag hook body.
Drill through the rear wall at the marked „b" positions with an ∅11 mm drill then extend it only
6.
from the internal side for ∅18 mm.
7.
Cut out the bumper and its inset according to the attached drawings (pay attention to the year of
production).
8.
Put the drag hook body (1) into the bumper inset, then fix it at positions „c" and „d" with the
attached bonding units. (see figure A up to 2000 and figure B after 2000).
9.
Slide the drag hook body (1) into the chassis extensions then according to the drawing fix it at
positions „a" and „b" with the attached bonding units.
10. Connect the electric wire cracking the rear bundle according to the regulations.
11. Reinstall the spare wheel, then the bumper and the rear lights.
12. After about 1000 km use, re-tighten the bolts and nuts to the specified torque.
13. Bosal cannot be held responsible for any defects in the product caused by fault or by any
injudicious use whatever of the user or a person he is liable for. (sect. 185. art. 2 N.B.W.)
14. Only specialised services are authorised to install drawhooks.
(H) 017041 Szerelési utasítás:
1.
Csomagolja ki a vonóhorgot és a tartozékokat, majd vizsgálja át minden darabját. Ha
szükséges, a rögzítő pontok területén a védőragasztót távolítsa el.
2.
Szerelje le a lökhárítót. A 2000→ évjáratú autóknál szerelje le a hátsó lámpákat és a
lökhárítóbetétet.
3.
Szerelje le a lökhárítótartó konzolokat (ezekre a továbbiakban nem lesz szükség). Vegye le a
pótkereket.
4.
Csúsztassa a vonóhorogtestet (1) az alváznyúlványokba, és csak lazán rögzítse az „a"
pontokon.
5.
Jelölje át az autó hátfalára a „b" pontokat (ügyeljen a pontosságra), majd szerelje le a
vonóhorogtestet.
Az átjelölt „b" pontoknál teljesen fúrja keresztül a hátfalat ∅11 mm-es fúróval, majd csak a

belső oldal felöl bővítse fel ∅18 mm-re.
7.
Vágja ki a lökhárítót és a lökhárítóbetétet a mellékelt rajzok alapján. (Figyeljen az autó
évjáratára !)
8.
Helyezze a vonóhorogtestet (1) a lökhárítóbetétbe, majd rögzítse hozzá a „c" ill. „d" pontokon,
a mellékelt kötőelemekkel. (→2000 lásd A ábra; 2000→ lásd B ábra)
9.
Csúsztassa a vonóhorogtestet (1) az alváznyúlványokba, és rögzítse az „a" majd a „b"
pontokon a mellékelt kötőelemekkel, a rajz alapján.
10. Végezze el az elektromos vezeték bekötését a hátsó vezetékköteg megbontásával, az
előírásoknak megfelelően.
11. Rakja vissza a pótkereket, majd szerelje vissza a lökhárítót és a hátsó lámpákat.
12. Körülbelül 1000 vontatott kilométer után a vonóhorog rögzítő csavarjainak feszességét ellenőrizni
kell, és szükség esetén utánhúzni a megfelelő nyomatékkal.
13. A Bosal garanciát vállal, kivéve a nem rendeltetés szerinti használatból adódó hibákért. (art. 185
lid 2 N.B.W)
14. A vonóhorog felszerelését kizárólag szakműhely végezheti.
