Juice Extractor Use instructions
Afterwards, slightly press in the food by means of the presser. Never use your fingers to push the
food. Food can be introduced continually into the filler hole without turning off the motor.
Once you have centrifuged the food, press the switch again.
Unplug the appliance.
ATTENTION: Several types of fruit and vegetable could be prepared without clean the centrifuge
every time, since the flavours not mix together.
HOW TO CLEAN THE CENTRIFUGE
Ensure that the appliance is unplugged.
Dismantle the centrifuge and wash every part in soaping water, except for the basis of the motor.
The centrifugal filter is a very delicate and sharp attachment and must be handled with care; to cle-
an, rinse it under running water using a non metal brush; DO NOT BANG IT TO REMOVE FOOD
RESIDUALS, IT MAY GET DAMAGED AND BECOME DANGEROUS WHEN USED AGAIN; IM-
MEDIATELY REPLACE IT IN THE CASE IT GETS DAMAGED OR WORN. WE SUGGEST IT BE
REPLACED EVERY 2 YEARS IN THE CASE THAT THE CENTRIFUGE IS USED DAILY. DO NOT
WASH THE FILTER IN A DISHWASHER.
The plastic parts of the appliance shown in the figure may be washed in hot water and washing-up
liquid or in the top part of the dishwasher.
Important! Never immerse the motor base in water or other liquids, clean with a wet cloth.
Such vegetables as carrots and chards could stain the plastic parts of the device. In order to remove
any possible stains you must use the vegetable oil.
THE PREPARATION OF FRUIT AND VEGETABLE
You always have to choose very fresh fruit and vegetable.
Wash with accuracy fruit and vegetable, then remove the hard or fibrous parts, especially: the core
(pineapple), the leaves (celery), the stones (peaches, plums, apricots, cherries), the seeds when
they are abandoned (melons). As for artichokes, use the core only. Not every fruit and vegetable
need to be peeled; especially you can spare to peel those with a smooth and thin rind (apples, pe-
ars, peach, apricot and tomatoes). Is not possible to obtain good centrifugations with soft fruits (ba-
nanas, papaws, mangos, avocados, aubergines, figs, ecc.). In order to obtain a good centrifugation
we suggest to use very hard fruits.
JUICE CONSUMPTION AND PRESERVATION
ATTENTION: never preserve the centrifuged juice for more than 24 hours.
Some pulp in the centrifuged juice is normal, it adds taste and makes it more nourishing.
