Execution with extension transport augers
4. Connection of execution with extension transport augers
(VK75 )
a) Assembly of the intermediate bearing on the extension channel.
The intermediate bearing has to be screwed in from inside as far as it
will go.
b) The transport screw of the extension auger has than be inserted
through the intermediate bearing till to the end stop.
c) The extension screw ( with extension auger ) has to be pushed on
the hollow shaft ( incl. key) of the first transport auger as far as it will
go.
Than both flange connections have to be fixed with fastening screws.
5.Assembly of the connection piece ( T- piece vacuum suction
system )
Remove the securing screw and the key from the transport screw.
The transport screw is than pushed through the flange bearing of the
motor flange.
Both flange connections have to be fixed with fastening screws.
ATTENTION!
For correct assembly of the motor use the special manual –
delivered with motor unit.
6.Assembly of the protection angle
After completly assembling of the auger system all protection angels
have to be screwed on the auger channels.
7.Assembly of the sound protection
After assembling of the protection angles you have to stick the sound
protection ( sticky tape 25x3mm) on the auger channels.
Attention:
Take care that no foreign objects are in the transport auger.
