Instruction manual for Chlorine dosage feeder
This instruction manual relates to the product stated above. It contains
important information on starting your product for the fi rst time and how
to operate it. Carefully read through the instruction manual - particularly
the safety instructions - before using this product. Non-compliance with
this instruction manual may lead to major injuries or damage to your
product. The instruction manual is based on standards and regulations
applicable within the European Union. If the product is being used ab-
road, please follow any country-specifi c guidelines and laws. Store the
instruction manual in a safe location for later consultation and submissi-
on to third parties, where applicable.
Intended use
This product is solely intended for private use and is not suitable for
commercial use. Only use the product as described in this instruction
manual. Any other use is considered improper use and may lead to per-
sonal injury or damage to property. This item is not a toy. The manufac-
turer or retailer assumes no liability for damage resulting from improper
or incorrect use.

When fi lling the device, use eye and hand protection. Do not inhale

Check scope of delivery
NOTE! Risk of damage! The product may be damaged if you open the
packaging with a sharp knife or other sharp objects without due care
and attention. Please open the packaging very carefully.
■ Remove the product from the packaging.
■ Check that all included items have been delivered in full. Sketch/photo
L1.
■ Check whether the item, or parts thereof, exhibit damage. If there is
damage, do not use the product. Get in contact with the service ad-
dress stated at the end of the manual.
Installation
■ Your automatic chlorine dosage feeder is intended for use as a per-
manent installation in the return pipe (between fi lter pump and pool).

■ With powerful fi lter units, use a Bypass Set (Item no. 060045) Fig. 2
■ Connector has 1 ½" inner thread on both sides. For connection to a
swimming pool hose Ø 32/38, we recommend a hose nozzle Ø 32/38
mm with 1 ½" outer thread (Item no. 60030). The hose nozzle can be
screwed on directly. (Seal with Tefl on tape)
■ Check all points for a tight seal on initial operation.

Commissioning
Before using the chlorine dosage feeder for the fi rst time, the chlorine
level in your swimming pool should already be correctly adjusted. The
recommended level is 0.3 – 0.6 mg/l. Check the chlorine level regularly
and set the dosage concentration via the regulator screw on the device.
Filling the chlorine dosage feeder
■ Chlorine dosage dispensers are pressurised. Open the lid carefully:
■ Turn off the fi lter pump when doing so.
■ Turn the regulator screw to "OFF".
■ Wait for a minute before unscrewing the lid, so that the pressure in
the system can fall.
■ Open the lid.
■ Fill the chlorine dosage dispenser with 200 g or 500 g slow dissolving
long life chlorine tablets.
■ Close the lid.
■ Turn the regulator screw to the desired setting and start the fi lter
pump.
