Safety instructions

This product is designed and developed only for use in
private households and may not be used for another
purpose.
In addition, the unit may be used only together with the
corresponding BORA products (e.g. BORA cooktop
extractor fan PL 540, base fan PLS 250, cooktop ex-
traction fan system CKAS etc.).
Damaged products may not be operated. In case of
damage, contact your dealer or responsible customer
service immediately.
The product may only be connected by a certified
electrician under consideration of the local regulations;
the same applies to the exhaust air connections.

tions" chapter.
The extraction of hazardous and/or explosive materials
or fumes is strictly prohobited.
Please make sure that you observe the replacement
intervals of the activated carbon cartridges or the fine-
filter. More precise information can be found in the
"Maintenance" chapter.
In case of non-observance, there is a danger of fire,
especially in case of grease deposits!
Never use a steam or high-pressure cleaner to clean
the device. For more information, see the "Mainte-
nance" chapter.
The user is responsible for proper use and the perfect
state of the product.
The product is not intended to be used by people (in-
cluding children) with physical, sensor, or mental limi-
tations, lack of experence, and/or knowledge, unless
they are supervised by a person responsible for their
safety or obtain instructions on how to use the product.
Children should be supervised to make sure they do
not play with the product.
Repairs on the product may only be performed by
a certified electrician or the responsible customer ser-
vice.
The manufacturer refuses all liability or warranty claims
for damage arising through the non-observance of
these instructions.
The text, pictures, and data correspond to the technical
state of the art of the product at the point in time of
printing.
Changes within the scope of further development are
