Side dishes: cereal

Mix the recommended parts of cereal and cooking
liquid and put it in the unperforated cooking insert.
Example: 1 : 1.5 = mix 100 g of cereal with 150 ml of
liquid.
You can use water or stock as cooking liquid. You
can also add salt, spices, vegetables, lemon juice,
wine etc.

Please note that some values given in the table are
for pre-soaked pulses. For pulses that have not
been pre-soaked the cooking time will increase
considerably.
