Fault Finding
Always check the following before requesting service. Should a service call be requested and the cause found to be
detailed below a charge may be made.
1. No water dispensed from cooler
Check:
The power supply is switched on.
The plug / socket / Fuse
The water bottle may be empty, replace with a new bottle.
2. Water does not appear to be chilled
Check:
The power supply is switched on.
The plug / socket / Fuse

1. Your name, address, postcode and telephone number
2. Where your Slim Cooler was purchased
3. Model & serial numbers ( these are located on the rating label inside the top of the unit)
4. Date of purchase.
