OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
Using the work bowl
1.
Place the bowl into the holder and turn the bowl to lock it in place.
2. If you want to lift the arm of the food processor, press the lift arm button (2). The arm swings up.
3.
Attach the required tool to the drive shaft and secure it.
4. Put the ingredients into the bowl. Do not overfi ll the bowl. The maximum quantity of ingredients is
1.05 kg.
5.
Use the button (2) to lower the processor's arm.
6. Plug the power cord into properly installed and grounded outlet 230 V/50 Hz.
7.
You will switch the appliance on by setting the speed control (3) to any of the 1 to 6 speeds (depending
on the kind of processed mixture).
8. To use the pulse mode (kneading in short intervals), turn the control to "PULSE" position. When using
the pulse mode, you have to hold the controller the whole time. When you let go of the controller, it will
return to "0" position.
NOTE:
Short-term operation: In case of heavy dough preparation, do not leave the appliance run for more

than 6 minutes. Then let it cool for another 10 minutes.

After kneading/mixing turn the controller (3) back to position "0", when the dough becomes a loaf. Then
unplug the power cord.
10. Press the lift arm button. The arm swings up.
11. You can now loosen the dough from the sides using a spatula and remove it from the work bowl.
12. Now you can remove the bowl from the base.
13. Clean the processor parts as described in the section "Cleaning".
Note: The maximum time of uninterrupted operation of the appliance (KB) is six minutes, let it rest at least
3 minutes before next use. Otherwise the appliance will overheat and become damaged.

Do not immerse the base with motor into water!

Do not use sharp objects or abrasive cleaning products for cleaning.

Use wet cloth to clean the surface of the base.
Work bowl and accessories
ATTENTION:
•
The accessories are not suitable to be washed in the dishwasher. High temperatures or aggressive
cleaning products can cause deformation or loss of colour.
•
The parts, which come into contact with foods can be washed with soapy water.
•
Dry the individual parts thoroughly before reassembling.
•
Following drying, smear the bowl with vegetable oil.
