5. Extraordinary maintenance

Accomplish extraordinary maintenance whenever seriours faultes are evidenced as pump overheating, poor
ultimate vacuum, persistent loudness, locked pump and any other irregular functioning.
In that case, operator has to disassemble the pump, clean all parts accurately, than replace or repair damaged part.
- unplug pump
- drain off the oil
Disassembling procedure is for highly skilled staff only, identification of necessary spare parts on enclosed
exploded views are the only way to have the right part and place it properly.
