Adjusting the cutting
depth
The maximum cutting depth results from
the deepness of the cutting line. The saw
blade must not touch the machine bed
anytime!
The recommended cut-
ting depth is 5mm under
the upper edge of the
work piece support.
Adjust the deepness lim-
itation 35 analogous. Af-
ter that you have to
lower the saw aggregate
to the lowest position
and turn the saw blade with the hands to
test the free run.
For groove cuts (the material is not cut
completely) you must swing out the deep-
ness limitation so that the deepness limi-
tation screw rests on it when lowering the
saw aggregate. Adjust this screw (the
longer one).
3.4
Angle control
Cutting angles are factory setted. For pre-
cision mitre cuts you have to adjust the
angle adjustment on the fence and the
mitre angle. After long operation you have
to control this regularly.
3.4.1
Angle adjustment
• Set the saw aggregate to the 0° posi-
tion.
• Lower the saw aggregate to the low-
est position.
• Fix the aggregate in this position by
latching the lock pin (from the right
side in front of the machine).
• Pull the saw aggregate forwards so
that it rests on the fences.
• Fix the aggregate in this position.
• Measure the angle between saw blade
side and the fence
• If the angle differs from 90° you have
to adjust the fences on both sides.
• These are fixed with 2 socket head
screws on every fence. Loosen them,
adjust the fence and fasten them
again.
