1.4 Warranty, declaration of transfer

The installation instructions must be strictly adhered to in order to guarantee our products' optimal
functioning.
PRIORIT assumes no liability for damage to other facilities that may arise from the installation or use
of the product.
The warranty from PRIORIT extends to the delivered products.
Changes or modifications to the design may be conducted only after consultation with PRIORIT;
otherwise the certification/warranty will be invalidated.
The installer assumes the warranty for installation services.
Warranty and liability claims for personal injury and property damage are excluded if they can be
traced back to one or more of the following causes:

Improper assembly, start-up, operation, and maintenance
·
Instructions concerning transport, storage, operation, and assembly being disregarded
·
Improper repairs
·
The occurrence of emergencies caused by third parties' external actions, and force majeure.

1.5 Property rights

Utility models have been filed with the German Patent Office in order to safeguard innovation and
design.
