2.5 Pre-adjustment

The profile-holder unit includes the strokes and the centring device for the
cremone machining. The strokes are pre-arranged in the correct position.

2.6 Pneumatic feeding connection

Place the feeding pipe (P). Make sure that pressure is between 6 and 7 Bar.

3. HOW TO USE THE MACHINE

The machine has been designed and manufactured for the cut and punching of the
polyamide control rods. The machining is carried out by inserting the rod into the
appropriate pre-set guides; push the control pedal to carry out the machining and
release the pedal to take out the rod.
WARNING:
NEVER use the machine with non polyamide rods. The machine is compatible with
Fapim rods only (Art. 1683).
