To clean the outside of the appliance (drive unit) use a dry, or at best

damp, well wrung-out cloth.

Then rub well until dry.Clean the accessories in warm water with detergent. Then thoroughly

rinse. It with clean water and allow it to dry completely.
PRACTICAL HINTS
− In order to obtain smooth and finely chopped meat, distribute the meat evenly in the bowl
with the spatula.
− Allow the appliance to cool down after each use.
− Do not use the chopper when the appliance is empty.
− Note: better results are obtained by using a pulse action.
