Connections
The Solcrafte system must be connected to the connection piping with a 3⁄4" external thread screw, flat-sealing. Before tightening the con-
nection, check to make sure that seals are positioned properly. Use a torque wrench to tighten the connection and do not exceed a torque
of 40 Nm. If the connection elements are not flexible hoses, take precautions for the connection piping so that temperature fluctuations
arising from heat expansion are compensated for e.g. expansion bends and flexible piping. Always use pipes suited for use in sanitary facili-
ties which can withstand temperatures of at least 100°C. Insulate the pipes with a suitable material of the appropriate thickness in order to
reduce heat loss and protect the pipes from freezing.
Inclination of the Solcrafte system/General
The Solcrafte system is suitable for inclinations of min. 10° to max. 75°. System connections must be protected from contaminants, such
as dust, entering.

Warranty

The warranty is valid for 5 years. This extended warranty applies only when maintenance is carried out properly by specialist firm and
documented accordingly. Installation by qualified specialist firms and observance of the installation instructions without exception is
prerequisite for the right to claim warranty. The warranty period begins when the system is transferred to/accepted by the contract part-
ner. Water quality is subject to considerable regional variation, and in some may cases, may cause problems on account of corrosion and
lime scale. The manufacturer cannot accept any warranty claims arising from water-related corrosion. We would like to point out here that
specifying a certain water quality is no guarantee that corrosion will not occur. Instead, this is intended as a guideline to avoid damaging
critical water applications. A summary of critical water parameters and the recommended limit values are included in these instructions in
the "Specifications for Water Quality" section.
