Manual Brew Mode
WARNING
If a filter basket overflow occurs, unplug the coffee system and
allow the coffee in the filter basket to cool before removing the
filter basket. When using decaffeinated coffee, do not exceed the
coffee manufacturer's recommended serving amount.
Turn the Mode Selector to Manual.

Lift the water reservoir upwards to remove it from the coffee

Remove the water reservoir lid and fill the reservoir with

enough cold water to brew the desired number of cups of
coffee.
Replace the water reservoir lid on the water reservoir.

Re-install the water reservoir on the coffee system.
Fully open coffee drawer and insert a no. 4 filter paper cone

into the filter basket.
Add the desired amount of coffee to the filter and close

drawer.
Place jug with jug lid on base.

NOTE: For hotter coffee, before brewing, fill the jug with hot
water and let it stand for 1 minute, before emptying the jug.
Press the Start/Stop button. The display will show the

Brewing icon. When brewing is complete, the display will
show the Ready icon and the coffee system will chime.
The display will then show the Time Since Brew icon to let

you know how long the coffee has been in the jug. After 60
minutes the coffee system will return to standby mode. To
remove this timer from the display, press the Clock button.
NOTE: Empty jug before starting next brew cycle to avoid
overflow.
