check the safety helmet regularly in accordance with the operating instructions.
check the face seal and the air nozzle for holes, cracks or other damage and check
that they are correctly positioned on the helmet (see operating instructions). Do not
use the system until all worn or damaged parts have been replaced.

If the unit is in storage the battery must be recharged every 4 months.
Cleaning
using a clean cloth moistened with soapy water, clean the blower, the air hose and
the safety helmet. Leave the unit to dry at room temperature. Do not use strong
detergents, solvents, alcohol or cleaning agents containing abrasives. the face
seal is washable (hand wash, do not spin).

Troubleshooting
Blower does not supply air
→ keep on/off button pressed for sufficient time
→ Wait at least 5 seconds before re-actuating the on/off switch
→ check the battery is charged and correctly fitted
→ remove the protective cap from the filter
Blower does not stop
→ keep on/off button pressed for sufficient time
→ Wait a few seconds before re-actuating the on/off switch
Air flow warning illuminates (red indicator)
→ Fit the filter
→ replace filter if clogged
→ rectify any blockages, kinks or loops in the hose
→ Ensure safety helmet is correctly connected
Battery warning illuminates (yellow indicator)
→ recharge or replace the battery
Battery can no longer be recharged
→ check the mains voltage at the plug connection
→ Defective battery – replace and dispose of the used battery in accordance with
the national regulations for special waste.
