ASSEMBLE COLLAR
Fill in spray
Place trainer on a flat, even surface and
place the spray vertically on the filling
valve.
Once the filling nozzle is correctly positio-
ned, press down gently for 15 seconds to fill
the trainer. Please do not exceed the filling
time of 15 seconds!
Switching on and off
Push the sliding switch left or right using a
fingernail or pen. Do not hold your face over
the nozzle when switching the device on!
Preparation
Remove the buckle and clamping lock from
the collar.

Attach trainer
Thread the collar from back to front through
the plastic slit on the side of the trainer,
wrap it around the front of the trainer, and
guide it through the slit on the other side
from front to back.
Re-attach clamping lock
Thread the clamping lock back onto the
collar.
Thread buckle onto band
Thread the collar through the slit in the
buckle from below, as pictured.
Adjust collar length
Pull collar through until desired length is
achieved. Then feed the leftover band back
down through the remaining slit in the
buckle.
