COMBUSTION GAS (CO2) LEAK TESTER (WITH VERTICAL CHAMBERS)
4. INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1 Prepare a container and remove the approximately 1/10 of the
volume of coolant from the radiator.
Step 2 Install the rubber bulb, cap, upper chamber, lower chamber,
and rubber cone one after another.
Hold the test chambers while operating.
Step 3 Pour the tester fluid into the upper chamber (Fig. 1).
Step 4 Pump the rubber bulb continually to draw the vapour from radiator.
Step 5 If exhaust gas presents in cooling system, the colour of test liquid
turn from blue to green or yellow when CO2 is detected in
tester fluid (Fig. 2).
