Review operating instructions
Examine the consumables for wear and replace
worn parts with new Forney consumable parts
Ensure that the drain valve on the bottom of the
machine is closed by turning clockwise by hand
until tight.
It is normal to see some moisture coming from
the torch due to the internal air compressor.
However, if there is excessive moisture, drain
the moisture filter by opening the valve on the
bottom of the machine. Be sure to close the valve
after draining the filter.
Decrease your torch travel speed
Choose thinner work piece material within the
operational limits of the system.
