SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS:
• Read through the instructions carefully
before using the juice extractor for the first
time. Safeguard them for future reference.
Inobservance of these instructions may lead
to an accident.
• Only connect it to the voltage stated on the
rating plate.
• Never leave the juice extractor unattended
while it is operating. Do not let children use
the appliance unattended.
• This appliance is not intended for use by
persons (including children) with reduced
physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or
lack of experience and knowledge, unless they
have been given supervision or instruction
concerning use of the appliance by a person
responsible for their safety.
• Keep the children away from the appliance.
Children should be supervised to ensure that
they do not play with the appliance.
• This appliance is intended to be used in
household and similar applications such as:
– staff kitchen areas in shops, offices and
other working environments;
– farm houses;
– by clients in hotels, motels and other
residential type environments;
– bed and breakfast type environments.
• Always use the juice extractor on a flat, clean
work surface.
• When the appliance is operating, only use
the supplied food pusher for adding the food.
Never use your hands or utensils such as
knives, forks or spatulas.
• Make sure that the motor is running before
introducing fruit and vegetables.

• Do not try to remove any part of the juice
extractor while the motor is still operating.
• Do not stop the appliance by unplugging it
from the mains supply. Always switch it to the
"0" position first.
• Do not use wet hands nor tug on the cable in
order to unplug it.
• Do not leave the plug hanging freely.
• Do not leave the appliance close to heat
sources nor allow the cable to come into
contact with hot surfaces.
• Unplug it from the mains when it is not in use
and before cleaning it.
• DO NOT IMMERSE THE MOTOR HOUSING,
CABLE OR PLUG IN WATER OR ANY
OTHER LIQUID.
• Do not use the juice extractor when the
mains cord, the plug or other components are
damaged.
• Check the filter every time you want to use
the appliance. If you detect any cracks or
damage, do not use the appliance and contact
an Authorised Technical Service Centre.
• Make sure all parts are correctly mounted
before you switch on the appliance.
• Only use the appliance when the clamp is
locked.
• Do not operate the juicer for more than 30
seconds at a time when juicing heavy loads
and let it cool down sufficiently afterwards.
• Only unlock the clamp after you have switched
the appliance off and the filter has stopped
rotating.
• Don't use the appliance if the rotating filter is
damaged.
• This appliance has been designed for
domestic use only.
• The cable must not be replaced by the user.
Cable repairs and replacements must be
carried out exclusively by an Authorised
Technical Service Centre.
Use
• Before using it for the first time wash all of the
removable parts in soapy water. To strip the
juice extractor down, open the clamp (7) and
then remove the parts.
• To reassemble the appliance, follow the
sequence shown in the diagram.
Pull the power cord out of the cord storage
compartment at the back of the appliance.

Place the juice collector into the appliance and
place the pulp container into the appliance.

Put the stainless steel filter (4) in the juice
collector (5) (Fig.4) and hold the lid over the filter
and lower it into position. Make sure the filter
